Whistle blower Policy
Objective
This policy establishes a mechanism to report unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, non-compliance, or violations affecting impartiality, confidentiality, or certification activities.
Scope of Application
The policy applies to employees, auditors, committee members, contractors, and other stakeholders associated with the Certification Body.
Protection of Whistleblowers
Any person raising a concern in good faith shall be protected from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse action.
Confidentiality and Reporting
Any concerns can be reported to vinoth@cyberaicertification.com and will be acknowledged and addressed within 5 working days.
Investigation and Action
Reported concerns shall be investigated impartially, and appropriate corrective actions shall be taken under the oversight of top management or the Impartiality Committee.
